This “three houses in one”, striking contemporary space, is an oasis of calm.
Inside, the bones of the building do the talking. Poured concrete, micro-cement floors, white walls and touches of oak result in serene living spaces.
Then, there are the pleasing tall glass walls, that welcome scenes of the verdant outdoors into the living spaces, of this simple and beautiful home.
The two vast light-filled studios allow great privacy and comfort.
Some of the best beaches in Portugal are just a few minutes away.

Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine
Living and dining room in open space with glass doors opening onto the garden and pool area, fireplace
1 suite with double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, access to another bedroom with 1 bunk bed
Cable TV, Smart TV and Wi-Fi
The villa has mechanical ventilation that runs on a timer, which you can increase if necessary, and that provides air circulation, but there's no traditional air conditioning with a cooler system.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
