Villa Montchavin is a splendid contemporary villa in Quinta do Peru Golf Resort. With the capacity to shelter up to 10 + 2 people, this exceptional property comes with 5 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area in an open space with large windows, allowing lots of light to come in. Air conditioning is available on both floors. On the exterior, a private heated swimming pool: 12 m x 5 m, an outdoor dining area and a large garden with lots of space for children to play, are at guests' disposal. Private parking is also available inside the property.
Quinta do Peru Golf is on-site and in the vicinity of the resort a couple of restaurants, supermarkets, ATM and pharmacies can be found. Within a 20-minute drive, several beaches can be reached, such as Lagoa de Albufeira, Praia do Meco or Portinho da Arrábida. This region is known to be a family-friendly destination with Serra da Arrábida in the background, so take time to drive or walk through the natural park and find the superb sea views or the Convento da Arrábida, a monastery built in the 16th century.

Stunning view, very light, open and cozy house. You can really feel that a family lives there, it is not an anonymous cold rental only place but a home with a heart and soul.
We loved our stay there and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa we were well looked after by the staff at Allure villas and nothing was too much trouble. We attended our daughter’s wedding nearby and had a family party staying ranging in age from 3 to 88. The Villa is very welsee more
